Generally READS works with its clients in a two part process, Project Feasibility and Project Management. During the project feasibility phase, READS analyzes a client’s real estate needs and desires, evaluates the markets they operate in and determines the viability of  the project.  Project management services are holistic and comprehensive.  During this phase, READS works closely with the client on all aspects of development to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
